State of Texas: Department of Information Resources (DIR) Staff Augmentation (ITSAC) – Contract No. DIR-CPO-5826
InstantServe LLC is proud to be a selected vendor contracting with the State of Texas through the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) to provide Information Technology Staff Augmentation (ITSAC) services under Contract No. DIR-CPO-5826. This contract allows agencies to procure IT staff from a pre-qualified vendor list, either through competitive solicitation or by directly engaging a vendor via Statements of Work (SOWs).
IT Staff Augmentation (ITSAC) Services
ITSAC provides for temporary IT staffing augmentation services on a time (hourly) basis. Contracted staff renders services and are paid on an hourly basis. ITSAC is a DIR Cooperative Contract.

Under this contract, InstantServe LLC offers IT staff augmentation services at pre-determined, not-to-exceed labor rates. Eligible entities, including Texas State Agencies, Local Governments, Cities, Counties, Public Schools, Higher Education Institutions, Special Purpose Districts, Nonprofits, Private Schools, and even Public Entities outside Texas, can utilize this contract for their IT staffing needs. Resellers are not permitted under this ITSAC contract.
